一句话版本
养生人没有服务器。你的所有记录都存在你自己的手机里。我们不收集、不上传、不出售任何数据，也没有账号系统。
我们收集什么
不收集任何数据。
App 不含任何第三方 SDK、广告网络、分析服务或崩溃上报服务。App 内的埋点只写入本机，从不外发。

iCloud 备份（默认关闭）
你可以在「我的 → 数据与隐私」里开启 iCloud 备份。开启后：
- 数据同步到你自己的 Apple 账号的 iCloud 私有数据库
- 由 Apple 加密并管理，开发者无法访问、无法读取、无法导出
- 关闭开关即停止同步
我们既不托管这些数据，也看不到它们。
权限
App 只申请一个权限：通知，而且只在你第一次设置提醒时才申请。
不读取健康数据、日历、位置、通讯录、照片，不使用摄像头和麦克风。
儿童
App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，且因为不收集任何数据，也不会收集儿童的个人信息。
删除你的数据
「我的 → 数据与隐私 → 清除全部本机数据」可一次性删除全部记录。删除 App 同样会删除全部本地数据。
如果开启过 iCloud 备份，清除操作会同步到 iCloud；其他已登录同一账号的设备会在下次联网后一并清除。
变更
隐私政策如有变更，会更新本页顶部的日期。因为 App 的架构上不存在数据收集能力，我们不预期会有实质性变更。

Summary
YangShengRen has no server. All your records stay on your own device. We collect nothing, upload nothing, and sell nothing. There is no account system.
Data We Collect
None.
The app contains no third-party SDKs, ad networks, analytics services, or crash reporting services. In-app event logging is written locally and never transmitted.
iCloud Backup (off by default)
You may enable iCloud backup under Profile → Data & Privacy. When enabled, data syncs to your own Apple account's private CloudKit database, encrypted and managed by Apple. The developer cannot access, read, or export it. Turning the switch off stops syncing.
Permissions
The app requests exactly one permission: notifications, and only when you first set up a reminder. It does not access health data, calendars, location, contacts, photos, the camera, or the microphone.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13. Since no data is collected, no children's personal information is collected either.
Deleting Your Data
Profile → Data & Privacy → Erase All Local Data removes every record. Deleting the app also deletes all local data. If iCloud backup was enabled, the erase propagates to iCloud and to other devices signed into the same account.
